**1. How long does shipping take?**
Orders are typically processed in 1-3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location, ranging from 5-12 business days.
**2. Can I return or exchange my order?**
Yes! We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Contact us to begin the process.
**3. What if I received a damaged or wrong item?**
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or refund.
**4. Do you ship internationally?**
Currently, we ship to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and select EU countries. More destinations coming soon!
**5. How can I track my order?**
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track it on our “Track My Order” page.
